The Home Warranty Policy will take effect upon listing your property with us or closing escrow on your new purchase. To qualify for our First Aid Kit Remedies all we require is a signed Listing Agreement of 90 days or more for sellers, and/or a signed Buyer's Agreement for buyers.
Buyer's First Aid Remedies will be paid at close of escrow. No Remedy cost will exceed $150 total.
