Lynn Robertson has many years of experience in the real estate and internet-based industries. She has been involved in real estate as an agent, investor, consultant, broker and real estate brokerage owner since 1987. She’s been around long enough to remember what it was like when she and her clients could first meet in person and shake hands…it’s very different today. Vinece has spent the last 8 years in retail sales and property management, and with a family of builders and developers she has vast experience in both! As a lifelong resident of Seattle’s Leschi/Mt. Baker neighborhood she brings a wealth of information about the Seattle Metro area and beyond to all of her clients.

Christine Neilson is from London, England and moved to the United States in 1991. She has a B.A. Honors Business Studies with a major in Finance from South Bank University in London.
Prior to moving to the United States Christine worked in the computer industry for seven years as an operator and programmer before becoming a Surveyor specializing in commercial real estate appraisal, acquisition and development. Her experience has included working in both private and public organizations in management positions.
Christine is a registered representative with the NASD holding Series 6, 7, 63 & 65 licences. She is also an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the IRS and has held an insurance license from the State of California since 1992.
Christine has strong organizational and extensive management experience in addition to her sixteen years of experience operating her own financial services company Neilson Advisory Group, Inc.
Having recently moved to Washington State and obtaining her real estate license, Christine is merging her extensive financial advisory and real estate experience to provide unique service to commercial real estate clients whether buying, selling or investing.
